You referred to the Jotun as robots but I found myself not wanting to do that. Robots, to me, are lifeless machines. They were too alive, in my reading, to be anything but some kind of cyborg. Interesting. (Of course, I realize that may sound hypocritical after mentioning Orbots but that's from my pre-geek days, I guess. :) ) I like that you pointed out how the special effects had an underlying logic to them and that the comic's focus was on the characters.
